A traditional spin class that uses a mix of intervals, climbs, flat roads and weights to build aerobic endurance.
Class length is 45 minutes.
Because High Intensity Spin Intervals make you Fit! This class uses a mix of interval lengths, including Tabata sets, to build fitness at the high end of your aerobic zone.
Class length is 35 minutes.
Our schedule will alternate between the two styles to offer you the benefit of both types of training.
